Lilit Karapetyan is the Chairman of Arbitration and ADR Commission at ICC Armenia and is a partner at Concern Dialog law firm, Armenia. She has represented clients in a number of Commercial and Investment Arbitration cases, advised in various aspects of Arbitration and authored publications on the topics of Arbitration, ADR and Litigation.

In parallel to her main activity, Lilit lectures Business law: Corporate and Commercial Transactions at the French University of Armenia (UFAR) and has previously acted as a teaching assistant for Alternative Dispute resolution course at the same university.
